How does that stuff taste? I had the pudding from Stallones company Instone a few years ago, and that shit was so disgusting I threw the whole can in the garbage literally after half a teaspoon.

Rob Luyando gave me some of that shit a while back and surprisingly enough it is pretty damn good!!! I dont know if it is something I would go buy but as for taste it is pretty damn tasty.

Buy some sugar free pudding at your local supermarket, add some protein powder to it and you know the answer

I was at Instones booth at the Olympia when they came out with that pudding and they gave me 4 vanilla and 2 chocolates. I thought the vanilla was actually pretty decent but the chocolate tasted like camel shit. Never did buy any though.

you can make your own protein pudding with protein powder and a little bit of water or milk. slowly add in liquid as you mix untill you reach desired consistancy. add in some splenda, fresh fruit, whatever you want. much cheaper than buying their pre made puddings.

i do it all the time ,,cost effective.those puddings are more custard like they sit in the tin can like wet cat food,jello just perfect consistency.
