There was a blonde lady who used to judge - DeShay Ebert, who got into an argument with Shawn Ray during one of the Olympia press conferences in the late 90s, and told him that he looked the same year after year and that which reason was why he placed where he did. She died in the early 2000s.

Pretty sure Bev Francis is/was a judge too, possibly also Juliette Bergmann and more.
