True enough. And I'm only fucking around here, but are they not their own industry, also..? By being so hyper-obese, they have created a market for all of these super-sized, reinforced items that didn't exist before. These all require designers, manufacturers, salesmen, outlets, etc.
In the same way that the NASA SLS program is referred to as (I believe) 'pork-bellies' (or something like that - i.e. job creation for political purposes) - can we not see the new breed of super-fatty in a similar way - the engine of an entire industry..?
