also one more thing,, the importance of carbs,, fellas keep talking about protien but no,, the importance of carbs!! this is the key! protien you just need enough ...carbs you need to knwo how to cycle and you need to know how important it is to diet on high carbs,,orvile and myself both used to do it,, we diet on high carbs it is very important when on high hgh and high trenbolona ,,carb and glycogen are the name of the game when it come to muscle apperance,,bodyfat go down no matter what on gh and trenbolona ,, if 2 months not enough for you ...you do it in 4 months ,, but bodyfat come down on gh and trenbolona like there is no tomorow ....usualy within couple to few weeks
