Undergrad I started as a mechanical engineer, but switched to Systems engineering, thought that was more relevant to me -so glad I did. masters was in Engineering Management. and phd is in Industrial Engineering with a focus in management systems.

Good to know, do you how broad the ind eng brand is, my school got mech/petrochem/management, Every schools seems to have a slightly different way of doing things or is that just me?

Every school is different. I think standard Industrial Engineering focuses a lot on manufacturing and production processes, quality systems and of course operations research.

The last time I took my daughter to disney world I got into a slight argument with an older guy also. We were waiting for the shuttle bus and the asshole tried to skip us in line as we had waited there for 30 mins on it. I mentioned to him that the end of the line was way back there and his family wasn't skipping us. He tried getting a little mouthy at first then his wife turned around, saw my brother and I and grabbed her man and apologized as they made their way to the back of the line.

I wouldn't fight in front of my daughter unless seriously pushed though.
