Bump.

So I find out the #1's weight capacity is 400 lbs. Kinda poor quality I guess.

http://www.ukfitnesssupplies.co.uk/productdetail.asp?productcatalogue=MCB346-110kg

But, I found this other bench

# 3

I emailed the company and they told me the weight capacity is 600 lbs (including weights and user).
So I guess it's better, it's also cheaper than #1 and the owner also will send me an ez bar.

It looks like a good buy... what do you think?

all you'll ever need.

Get a bench and two dumbells and you're a professional.

It's way too expensive for me right now (I'm still a student)  :'(. It costs around $1000. I can get #3 for $200

Get two dumbells or join your university gym and invest the money in steroids, you'll build more muscle than with these crappy machines.

Waste of money, better get testosterone for 200$ and do pull-ups and push-ups on the nearest playground, you'll look better.

All joking aside, I just want some equipment in my house. Some days I can't go to the gym, however I usually have a lot of time the weekends but the weekends the gyms are closed here. So nowadays I go to the gym 2-1 times per week. I already have 2 dumbells and I use them to train arms and sometimes shoulders but I want more alternatives regarding exercises.

Have you looked at craigslist, garage sales and gyms that go out of business? You might find some good deals there.

Yep, the bench I want to buy is used. I've been looking for a used pwer rack but I didn't find anything. The price for a new one is $1000.

PD: All the 3 machines/benchs I listed here are used and actually they are "cheap" compared to the local prices.

If you're patient, check slickdeals  the Bowflex 552 dumbbells go on sale about 4x a year and you get them around $200.  The ones that cost $700 and go up to 90 go on sale twice a year for half price.

craigslist always has tons of used weight.

I built my chinup bar at home depot ---- there's always a better way than the Marcy bench.....

Yeah, I've been reading negativy comments about them. But #3 is not a marcy. I want to know if it's better or is the same shit. Apparently the weight capacity is 200 lbs+ than a marcy bench. But it may be still a crappy bench, I don't know. And I'm not in the USA so my options are limited. I just use sites like Ebay which here are mercadolibre.com and others sites like that.

In addition, the width of stands looks to be right where I'd put my hands on the bar.  I had a bench like that growing up, and I always had to go too wide or narrow because of those stupid things.

seriously, it's a total waste of money, just go to a gym or get a simple bench for 50$ and train with your dumbells.

Actually I've been training for almost 6 years. I just want some home equipment only for the days I can't go to the gym. Your last advice seems appropiate, thanks.
