Anyone uses them for meal substitute?

Or I would be better off with a snickers (At least it has some healthy fats from the peanuts)? Cheaper too

Not regularly but some do taste good and they're convenient.

quite frankly I don't believe the protein bars even have protein... but they do taste good.

to think how much money I have spent to supplements makes me wonder how many shoes/jackets i could've got if i just put the protein money in my pockets for later... and i mean like 800£ shoes and 1500£ jackets

I'm not going to calculate how much I threw away on powders, bars, supps and magazines...a person could do a lot of nice things with that kind of money...

That's the best fucking bar ever (all flavours except red fruits). Better than any Snickers and Lion, I wouldn't eat anything else if that shit wasn't that expensive.
