Sounds like no one is listening.......GH15 is saying it over and over...( you still have to be able to read between the lines.) Carbs are key! It fuels the muscle, not the protein. Quality carbs...not McD's junk and snickers( not 30 day fucking experiment, but for years, lifetime, etc)

You ever hear of a carb deficiency? YES, "He looks flat, small, etc....."
GH15 says over and over....we don't eat dry chicken and broccoli with 1/2 cup brown rice = flat physique, why......no carbs to turn into glucose to go into the muscle for fuel......you turn very little protein/fat into glucose...very hard process on body, that's why you are flat....high protein/fat diet = nothing to store in muscle = flat looking muscle. Sure you feel good for a while, physiological effect from loosing fat, due to that's all the body has to burn cause what you put in your mouth is not fuel, and of that shit you put in your mouth, the body can use very little. Why do you think they "crab up" right before a show?
GH15 says....eat your sushi, pasta, pizza, Jamaican...etc. All = carbs!
I disagree with the eggwhites thing, but the point is the same, he talks about carbs 10x more than eggwhites.
Yes, you need some protein, very little in relation to carbs. As you become more active or gain more weight, your total calorie ( read carb,) requirement goes up, and protein requirement goes up to, but it does not go up more than carbs, it only goes up in relation to.
Protein plays a very small role, but just because it's role is small does not mean it is not very important. All those studies of high protein vs. low protein are vs. under carbed people/test subjects.......or might be paid for by the protein industries.....duh!
All the videos of the pro's eating their secret diet that is revealed to you on their DVD, and they act like no big deal.....Jay cutler eats 6 chicken breasts and 1 cup brown rice, or variation, 6 - 8 times a day......same as, "I use this protein powder/no2/creatine/blah blah" to get where I'm at today = lie. No or minimal steroids = lie, bland high protein diet = lie, lie lie lie. Get it?
Take a step back from tree and look at whole forest......each tree is a lie to make a forrest of bullshit! Gotta' start with a lot of common sense, add some GH15 and viola! Take some hormones, eat quality carbs and become the guy in the magazine or keep taking powders and eating protein.....on your way to frustrated small guy with cardiovascular/health problems.
Try high carb.....quality high carb ( even cleaner if you are a natural,) SEE the difference.
