boxing gives him a punchers chance, which he should have in just about any fight.  give him a dozen more cans, and a descent trainer.  he could be a guy outside the top 25, maybe he gets a shot at a contender in 2 yrs for a good paycheck.  HW division is soft like bbing at this moment.  couldn't wrestle or kick, so he was a lost cause in mma.

Kimbo is a knockout artist/street brawler from Miami.  When fighting strictly hand to hand, he could be nasty!  He was not meant for MMA, but maybe could be the next solid heavyweight US boxer.

Correct. He hits hard. He has always the possibility to knock people out. If it lasts long than a few rounds he could be in trouble though.

Kimbo Slice as a boxer is garbage just like he was as MMA fighter!
Remember that Kimbo lost and got his ass kicked by an overweight white cop before in a street fight and a nobody MMA fighter with pink hair in the UFC bout!
Now he is fighting bums in the heavyweight division a disgaceful division populated by bums,exept for the Klitshko brothers.
If you really like boxing and appreciate boxing skill and courage watch that fight below, problably the best fight of the year!
De Marco vs Linares (WBC lightweight title: Oct-15-2001) they fought in the undercard of the disgraceful bout between Hopkins vs Dawson on Staple Center last saturday nite!
Don't waist your time watching an old , slow,roided bum like Kimbo who is fighting other bums paid to go down at the first punch he trow!
Kimbo Slice is not a good boxer like he was not a good MMA fighter but he is just a strong tough good only for street fighting with no business in the ring or the cage!
Now enjoy what boxing really is about! 8)

we all know kimbo sucks ass, but he still has a punchers chance, and that makes him interesting, esp in the HW division, if he gets 20 cans and a damn trainer.  we already know he has mike tyson's disease, which is nothing much after the 5th round, so he has to bomb a guy out earlier.  that's ok.

ortiz vs berto is fight of the yr.  that fight isn't even close.  it was a good head banger matchup between two latino fighters which you can see at any mexican bar after last call.

Maybe Berto vs Ortiz was a more entertaining fight, but the skill of Linares are way superior than Ortiz and Berto combined together and De Marco showed a courage and determination like no other!
Linares vs Di Marco was never a bar brawl but a bout were both boxer showed great skill,courage and determination!
Do yourself a favor watch the entire fight when you have time and than come back to talk about it!
You really are going to enjoy that bout! 8)

That was a great fight ,  Linares lost that fight because he listened to his corner (Freddie Roach).
 Linares is winning the fight has a cut on the nose and eye  , he's the superior technician  all he had to do is circle around , jab,jab and avoid DiMarco power punches for two rounds  but Freddie Roach fucked up  '' You're looking good, don't let him back you up''  ::)

Watching that Linares/DeMarco fight was awesome...got me soo hyped up for the Main Event..but then B-hop pulled some bullshit and basically added another nail in the coffin to the 'sport' of boxing with his garbage.
