I'm 10 days out from vacation, any tips on helping get rid of some excess fat/water, lots of competitors on board that know little tricks of the trade, like certain foods to cut out or add to the diet, water (distilled?) I'm almost there, need a little help here guys!
manipulating what friend? every picture i see of you you are same 6-7% never seen you in double digits never seen you even in high singles,, you always 6-8% usualy closeer to the 6%... so what you want o manipulate exactly ,, for beter condition you will neer more muscle ,, for more muscle you wil need trenbolona ace and hgh with cycling testosterona in and out low dosages because you have tendency to get soft i notice so you want to maintain natural balonie you need low testosterona and high trenbolona ,,hgh for 3 dimentional,, diet itself? you can stop the sodium and lose your veins and get flat ...shoudl be nice lol,, orrrr you can carb load and look bloofy natural ,, orrrrrrr you can stay home and not go to vacation ,, sleep al day and train an hour a day whiel havign absolitly no life every 1.5 hour eating clean clean and then if lucky you will nail 165lb 6% DRY if lucky ,, but guess what! your vacation you want to go to? you cant go there....true naturals are like barbies ,, moment they do too much things ,, to much pressure,, too much traveling,, too much fun ....after about ummm 18 min or so they start losing condition and muscle ,, maybe 20 min ...they look like shadow of former self if they are not doing anything other than bodybuild go home eat clean and sleep ,, and ...all that for 165lb 6% 5'10 with NO seperation in the wheels lol you want that? then follow what i said,, you want to actualy be able to improve? get on the damn hormones and FAST
