no one here has a problem with anyone genuinely asking for training or nutrition advise.what getbig has a problem with, is people just creating a thread as an excuse for attention, complements, and cyber status. we know you don't really need or want diet advice. no one on getbig is impressed by any sort of physique as we are edumacated on all the "hard work" and "dedication" it really takes.

LOL @ Che and JNN.Go 4 It, you don't need any advice and like Bobs pointed out, anything you do to dry out over 10 days is going to get undone on the first day of your holiday, where you should be enjoying life and not worrying about the veins showing in your lower abs. 99.9% of the people you'll see won't know the difference between your look now and your more dried out version - if you've got a 6 pack, that's all that matters. If you really want some help, PM Adonis and he'll tell you what to eat from the McDs menu to achieve your goal, lol.
I'm 10 days out from vacation, any tips on helping get rid of some excess fat/water, lots of competitors on board that know little tricks of the trade, like certain foods to cut out or add to the diet, water (distilled?) I'm almost there, need a little help here guys!
Haha...wow, where to start...I honestly started this thread trying to get some advices, seeing that theres some guys that have been in this game a long time and have tons of knowledge about how to get in to condition, some people that come to mind are Coach, Wes, Kyomu, T-Bombz, MattT, KevinP, Big Ach LeafyBug...and tons more. The reason why I like GetBig was that this place was real, I came here to learn more about training, nutrition, and this sport, without being bombarded with information from people trying to sell me their latest products. I haven't been on this board much since I started working in Hawaii, but from what I remember this place was a good time, yeah there would be meltdowns and flaming and topics about various subjects, but the majority of things talked about were bodybuilding or training related. I'm honestly not out to get any approval or attention by starting this thread, I started training to transform my physique and do the most a can naturally with it. Which was all I was trying to display here (my current condition). I got nothing against anybody who decided to jump on hormones to persue a career in bodybuilding and fitness, but to jump on hormones to look good in a regualar day to day setting to me is ridiculous. So people suggesting for me to jump on Gh and Tren or whatever is hilarious, I'm going on vacation and just looking to sharpen up a bit, any type of information is much appreciated.
