hahaha - my friend went to France for two months and lived off a jar and french bread every day - that was her main food source whilst there plus eating out etc, on her return I collected her from the air port and walked right past her lol she went away slim and athletic came back bloated and obese and I didnt recognize her  :-X

Nutella is made with hazelnuts the same way as peanut butter is made with peanuts,...only with chocolate mixed in.

I tried it for the first time about six months ago. Great stuff. Can't really see any benefit to eating it, though.

I've tried it but never went back for more.  I don't really like it, prefer to eat cream cheese and salmon on my bread.  To me sandwiches should be healthy and I prefer savory.  If I am going to eat something chocolatey, then I go the whole way and eat cake or some really sweet dessert.

That's something you never do when travelling.....eat everything and anything, which you wouldn't normally.  I always choose the healthiest options when eating out travelling and I never take sweets and candys back to my room.  I have never come home bigger than before I left. 
The only exception would be when I went to Zurich and I did eat chocolate there every single day, but then how can you not.  It's the best in the world.  However I burned it off, by walking alot.

Nutella is a fucking addictive thing. Since off the cycle, I can't stop eating pancakes or waffles with it in the morning or after training.

And yes, it goes straight to the love handles, damn'.

And you have to buy Nutella that's made in Germany or Italy, not the one they make in Poland. Poland version tastes diffent and It's not that good.

Still, If you can avoid eating It, do IT. It's just not good for your body. I end up eating half a jar with 8 pancakes, shiiiiiiiiiiit.
