Work? IN what way, JF?

I recall a young kid chocking while eating scoops of peanut butter but was saved by his dad who quickly grabbed some baking soda and water and made him drink it and the peanut butter came up and allowed
him to start breathing once again.

You would think that Nutella would cause a similar problem.

I think quite a few in this thread prefer nut butter to glaze their doughnut.

Thanks, JF. I got a full jar of it in the cub-board now and it'll most likely remain there for the next few years, but I do plan to try in on some Haagen Daaz vanilla ice cream this next weekend .

One thing I don't really need is more energy. I have one cup of coffee in the morning and I find myself walking all over town and talking to anyone I've never met before.

Keith used to give me hell for parking way too far from the WalMart store entrance, but I did that because I like to walk and meet WalMart shoppers while walking to the entrance.

But Keith was always worried about someone taking his photograph while he was looking at the dough-nuts.

So it was usually my job to stand on guard and prevent that form happening.

Yea, SHOW, me too! We had some good times trying to take the casino's money and we were talking about that today at a gathering of Keith's old friends.

Keith's uncle and good friend (also a good friend of Chuck Norris and others who Keith had mentioned many times in earlier posts) was once a High Roller in some of the better Las Vegas casinos and Keith always noticed that he'd win a huge amount of money on the number "9", so Keith would always bet a big wad of his gambling bankroll on the "9" and wait for the big money to roll it.

And "9" did pay off a few times but never enough to cover his previous losses.

But when he was on a winning streak, I'd stop by the talble every 15 minutes or so and to receive a handful of chips and carry them off to the casino cage for conversion into US dollars before he lost them all.l

In most casees while he was winning that trip to the casino cage enabled him to leave that casino with more money than he  entered with.

But it was never enough to cover his earlier losses.

I am sort of an expert at knowing the odds on every bet you can place on the Craps table and a straight $10 bet on the number"9"  without the appropriated Odds Bet is not the smartest bet in the house, but that was impossible to explain to Keith merely because his uncle had won a lot of money while placing the "9" many years earlier.

But tthe casinos always appreciated Keith's action though and we never left that table without a  compt meal or two or three.

Sorry! Off track here but I felt it was time to tell a Keith story of a sorts.

And the hot chocolate drink they make in the cafes, with the chocolate pieces and milk melting in a frying pan type thing.

I live on that and the street vendor crepes.   ;D

i am super jacked from eating that . it helps give you fat cells to transform into muscle cells

Look at the carbohydrates per 100gm of which sugars  ::)

Insulin spike anyone?? Eat a kg per day, you will be at the O in no time, use it instead of protein powder, dick head.

Its actually 22grms of carbs in 37 grams of nutella so in 100grms its 60grms of carbs...works great for the fatasses with heart problems like "Falcon".  ::)

This fat shit deserves every second of agony and pain when he goes through a massive cardiac arrest.
