Santorum is such a douche. This guy gets so much speaking time when he has no business even being up there.

on illegal immigration:

Gov Perry, you say you know how to secure the border, but illegals went up 60% in TX on your watch.

its like a college coach losing 40 straight games and saying he's ready to coach in the NFL!

Romney tries (successfully) to establish a dominant presence, especially the moment he placed his hand on Perry's shoulder.

imo
Perry did terribly...seems like he is more on the attack (mainly on Romney) than explaining how he can help.  Even when he said something like, "if you want to know how someone will behave in the future, look at their past" I knew his past Dem. affiliation would be addressed....He did very poorly...like he was spaced out or something too.

Romney, Bachmann and Newt all did well.  Newt always seems to try to "give a spanking" to someone....for instance how he complained about the way the debate was set up to encourage quarrels.  He does seem very capable to do the job though.

Cain did OK....def. had an issue w/the hostage question.

Ron Paul doesn't get enough face time as usual.

Santorum is just too (for lack of a better word) spastic.  He can't seem to hold a gaze.  Maybe he's very nervous up there or something.

The one guy (paul) whO called the recession AND housing bubble didn't even have a chance to answer the housing question. How does that happen?

Perry continues his crash and burn spiral.  It gets more embarrassing with each outing.

And to think some people were excited over him entering the race.   ::)

I think Perry's death kneal was when he pulled a Roveian tactic by getting that preacher to call Romney a heathen and say that he wasn't a Christian.

Bill Burton (former Deputy Press SEcretary) was on O'Reilly and exclaimed that Perry won the debate.

Dennis Miller was on after Burton

BILL O'REILLY, HOST: In the "Miller Time" segment tonight: We have a lot to talk about with the sage of Southern California, who joins us now from Los Angeles. So, Miller, who won the debate last night?

DENNIS MILLER, FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR: I'm going to make it in horserace parlance, Billy. I'm going to say Obama won. I'm going to say in the two slot we had Romney. I'm going to say in the show position we had Gingrich. I'm going to say my guy Herman finished out of the money. And I'm going to say Rick Perry, you might have to bring out one of those hospital screens and just put him down in the back stretch.

O'REILLY: All right.

MILLER: That was really -- listen, I knew he had did badly, but I had no idea how badly he did until that wizard, Bill Burton, said he won last night. What -- who in the hell was Bill -- how close do you have to get to airtime with a cancellation before you call that number? What a genius.

O'REILLY: Burton is a smart guy, a communications guy.

MILLER: Oh, yes.

O'REILLY: He's entitled to his opinion, Miller. Come on.

MILLER: He's a wizard, Billy. I just hope I can keep up.

Miller's not always that funny but this was imo (keeps bring him up throughout) video at link:
