tribute to a great bodybuilder
« on: October 19, 2011, 01:45:18 AM »
it's unfortunate that most of the up and coming bodybuilders look like shit.  it's like a needle in a hay stack to find a good amateur bodybuilder in the NPC and even tougher in the IFBB.  So many shitties get their pro cards it's unbelievable.

so here we go...

I can say that my midsection is ripped but I can't do a vacuum. I could do vacuum when I was a little kid but i didn't know it was a vacuum, I just knew how to do it.

Now I can't, it takes practise... there was a thread about how to practise vacuum... you can find info about vacuum pose in google :P

that's pathetic.  I could do a vacuum when I was at 20% bodyfat.  wow you are beyond helping.

Still talking shit behind a computer, huh fag? When are you going to knock my teeth out? Remember? It's the moment you find my address. I gave you my exact address. When's the moment?

Hey DevilSmile, maybe if you start juicing you might be able to match this beast's numbers. But you'll have to be on a bulking cycle like he was. Went from 167 lbs to 193 lbs -- at 6'1"!!!!

Can you just imagine the massive pecs on this monster? No wonder he goes around talking shit and threatening everybody.

My bench press is very weak.  I am impressed by a lot of young bodybuilders who are 3-4 years younger than me that can bench 200+.  Unfortunately I can't do that.

My weights were very low (bar only or 2x 10lbs) when I first started working out.  Probably because I lost all my muscle from not eating.

I am very satisfied with my other lifts.

My squat is 190lbs x 6.  I just got there after doing 185lbs for 5 workouts.
My deadlift is around 220 x 5.  I did 235 x 3 the other day.  That was tough.
My bench press though is only 125lbs x 5.  I was at 120lbs forever, 115lbs forever, 90lbs forever.

How can I improve this?  I started working my triceps more and I think it's helped a bit.

I think my form sucks.  I tried putting my feet up on bar or on the bench.  Made me feel wobbly.

I don't understand the digging shoulder blades in thing.  I try it and then when I press off I go back flat on the bench.

I have my hands really wide now.  I think it's helping a bit.  My left side seems a bit weaker though, I don't like bad form.

what's pathetic is that you can't do 20 reps with ab-wheel from standing stance with all that tough guy talk unlike ME  8)

and yeah pellius to look like gregg in his 20's I may have to resort to juicing... but I hope I can stay healthy so i can add poundages so that I atleast look bigger now naturally. But gregg did look awesome!

I got my blood test results back from my doctor today.  He showed me that I had a hormonal imbalance and that my estrogen levels were to high.  He noticed my gynecomastia and asked if I was using anabolic steroids.  Of course I denied it.

Not sure what to do here guys?  My gyno is getting out of control and I just feel irritable and have mood swings all the time.

I am wondering if I up my test dosage 500mg a week do you think that will counter any negative effects from my high levels of estrogen???

thanks you guys

But he is satisfied with his other lifts. And he should be. A 220 lb dead lift is nothing to sneeze at. Five more pounds and he can slam on a whole two plates on each side.
