And my biggest shit talk battle was in my "I'm in love" thread in christmas times against groink, and in my oppinion, maby, perhaps the most severe shit talking in getbig history... even better than when squadfather got outed because squad couldn't battle back... groink outed me in my thread, but I outed him back, and it was like a knock out punch from both sides everytime. But eventually we made peace too. So it's a prety strong team now!

lol are you kiding, getbiggers are by far the most knowledgable about bodybuilding. In bodybuilding.com they have talked over 10 years how protein builds muscle and that cardio helps lose bodyfat and water retention, I mean holy shit, I can talk about the topic for so long it makes me puke my intestines.
