he didnt say what, is this true?

you can add differently weighted plates to any bar you are squatting with within any hour you are training.....true story, you're welcome.

 you are correct because my coachs coach spoke to his coach who spoke to his coach and he spoke to his coach who then went to the great grandmaster coach and he said there is this substance out of russia that does it.
