I don't know how old the woman in question is, but odds are if she is 25 or older, there is nothing under the sun your woman hasn't done unless she is just outright against doing something.  What you need to do is find a woman who has a lot of experience but with not so many guys.

I have never told my gf about my sexual past (none of her business) and I don't want to know about hers. When I feel the conversation go in the direction of past ex-old flames...I stop her and tell her I don't give a fuck.

Only reason people should know about each others sexual histories is when someone has STDs or they mutually want to share their sexual past for whatever reason.
