Quote
Forecasting

His forecasts since 1993 [10] have included predictions about terrorism, economic collapses and war. More recent forecasts involve fascism in the United States, food riots and tax revolts.[3][11][12][13][14][15] Celente has long predicted global anti-Americanism, a failing economy and immigration woes in the U.S.[11] In December 2007 Celente wrote, "Failing banks, busted brokerages, toppled corporate giants, bankrupt cities, states in default, foreign creditors cashing out of US securities ... whatever the spark, the stage is set for panic in the streets" and "Just as the Twin Towers collapsed from the top down, so too will the U.S. economy ... when the giant firms fall, they’ll crush the man on the street." He has also predicted tax revolts.[16][17] In November 2008 Celente appeared on Fox Business Network and predicted economic depression, tax rebellions and food riots in the United States by 2012.[18] Celente also predicted an "economic 9/11" and a "panic of 2008."[19]

In 2009 Celente predicted turmoil which he described as "Obamageddon" and he was a popular guest on conservative cable-TV shows such as Fox News Sunday and Glenn Beck's television program.[6] In April 2009 Celente wrote, "Wall Street controls our financial lives; the media manipulates our minds. These systems cannot be changed from within. There is no alternative. Without a revolution, these institutions will bankrupt the country, keep fighting failed wars, start new ones, and hold us in perpetual intellectual subjugation."[20] He appeared on the Glenn Beck show and criticized the U.S. stimulus plan of 2009, calling government controlled capitalism "fascism" and saying shopping malls in the U.S. would become "ghost malls."[21] Celente has said, "smaller communities, the smaller groups, the smaller states, the more self-sustaining communities, will 'weather the crisis in style' as big cities and hypertrophic suburbias descend into misery and conflict," and forecasts "a downsizing of America."[14]
[edit] Revolution in the USA

On Russia Today, he predicted that the USA would face a revolution.[22]
[edit] Neosurvivalism

Celente's website has stated that:
“    In 2010, survivalism will go mainstream. Unemployed or fearing it, foreclosed or nearing it, pensions lost and savings gone, all sorts of folk who once believed in the system have lost their faith. Motivated not by worst-case scenario fears but by do-or-die necessity, the new non-believers, unwilling to go under or live on the streets, will devise ingenious stratagems to beat the system, get off the grid (as much as possible), and stay under the radar.

listen to the interview first. He predicts world economic collapse first, recessions, depressions, then a world war between the biggest powers to keep the ignorant people focused on their own survival.

The same old shit all over again, looks like it's cyclical. And when there s no food in the fridge anywhere in europe, asia, and north america, no more stocks of food in the malls, no more police, no more army -too busy defending the asses of those who have the power and money-, no more electricity, we become the animals we ve never ceased to be in a matter of weeks, killing each others for water and food. Considering how egocentrical we ve become these past decades, it's going to get nasty real quick. Looks like deep inside, nothing changed much since the fall or roma and the occidental empire. Yea we got computers, ipods and shit, but when electricity is shut down, we figure we re still exactly the same animals our ancestors were.

It's time to get a firearms license , some guns and pack on ammo before shit hits the fan. And dont forget a deck of cards, cause there wont be any internet, porn or call of duty on the ps3 anymore for a long time.

The body doesn't need much food. Water yes but not much food. A human could go on 40 to 50 days fasts with basically no problems.  Eat a bunch of tree bark and leaves/worms/fruit etc. and then do more fasts. Its a mind over matter thing. While other humans kill each other off because there mind doesn't think they can survive without food, the smarter ones can just go and find water sources and sit and meditate.

Obama gets reelected over Romney and continues to go easy on Ahmadinejad as Iran builds its first nuclear weapon.

Then, WWIII, perhaps........

tinfoil hat? it's no conspiracy moron, the economic collapse is for real, has nothing to do with a conspiracy, it is not a controlled phenomenon, elites dont know how, when, why it started nor how far it could go, that's a fact. They also couldnt care less cause when shit hits the fan, they re still at the top of the pyramid while you and I, arent. And it's also a fact that when you have billions of people having troubles feeding themselves, you have to keep them busy and create them ennemies; anyway they tend to find them all by themselves, even if you dont target someone in particular. Empty stomachs do that to animals.
Absolutely no body has control over what's going on, nor the elites, nor the people. But it looks a lot similar to what already happened in the past.

Just halt food exports to China.

They already have to import 50%, cut that off and it's game over.

Monopolization of international banking, control of the media, economic decline,  and loss of control over individual's lives.. this sets up loss of hope, despair, and makes people desperate. A nice set up for a charismatic figure who seems to have all the answers to come in and rise to massive popularity as he 'solves' all these contrived problems.

I don't think they have the capability to perform a seaborne invasion on the scale of Taiwan, their economy is also not doing so well either and war could lead to all sorts of consequences....with civil unrest being one of them and the party can't afford that. Also, what bordering nations would they invade and what would they gain from it? More territory to patrol, more used resources etc?

all it requires is that economies collapse first. Then, people will need to feed themselves. All wars always start the same way. No more humanist bullshits when your stomach is empty.
