Have not tried them myself but have tried "like" foods. Problem (to me at least) is that it has soy which does not taste very good naturally.  It becomes tough to cover up its taste.

Nutritionally speaking its not the worst thing in the world but like most probably are not very filling and can become easy to over eat.  Better than reaching for a potato chip though.
