I trained with Joe Bucci, he and I are from the same area. He did crazy heavy cheat curls, all back, but this made his arms blow up! His father built a very cool home-garage gym, was very cold in there, we would wear sweat shits and jackets to keep warm when we trained!

Arnie1947,do you have anymore shots of Boyer from this photoshoot?

I think he looked great here........really lithe,sleek,and defined.

I remember when these shots came out in the mags.......very inspiring to me back then.

Sigh...we have discussed this before. The greatest arms of all times were those of Ronnie at the 2004 Olympia. Even though Ronnie was soft that year, he didn't lose any quality to his arms compared to the years before and they were much bigger than in the years before. His arms were a legitimate 23". 23" arms on a 5'11 frame with incredible separation between all arm muscles, vascularity, hardness and striations on it is incredible.

definitely ronnie had the best arms ever,only guy with arms that size and a double split in bicep,his bis were better than his tris,lee priest is the one who is closest with his triceps just sbout as good as his biceps.

Coleman had huge arms, but I was never a big fan of his arms (or his overall physique...).

Vince Taylor is another guy with amazing arms.

Coleman had zero triceps detail. Overrated.
