So this is how ARNOLD got so big

What Frank Zane had to say about Arnold's eating habits. Taken from the November 2011 issue of Muscle & Fitness...

"Arnold knew how to diet but didn't always have the resolve to do it. That was his downfall. I was eating breakfast with him at Denny's one time, and he said, 'Frank, it doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you eat a lot of it.' And then he had a whole bunch of hash browns, eggs, pankcakes, and toast. When I beat him, he look like a smooth, white whale."

When Zane beat him that was 1968 , Arnold learned from his mistake and Zane never beat him again.

I think this is from the photo shoot after the contest. Notice the same trunks. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it is.

Arnold was neither 16 or 19 at the 1968 Universe. He was 21.
