My experience is that many fatties don't eat that much calories over a day, but rather eat/drink the wrong foods on the wrong moments (evening or even night).

If anything, breakfast stops the fat burning that has started in the night.

A typical breakfast full of fast carbs and fat is a recipe for disaster, actually for a lot of people it would be better to start the day with a light snack 2 or 3 hours after they woke up, this way also the lunch will be a bit smaller, because you're not so hungry.


(This doesn't apply to bodybuilders who train and know what they should eat!)

Haha I use to love to tell my ex she could drop a few lbs and the bitch would meltdown like nothing else  ;D. All women like to think they don't eat much when in reality they might not.. it's the caloried dense shit they eat that packs on the blubber. All women are going to have their problem spots with fat storage also and this is genetic usually. Go find you one that stores more fat in their tits and ass and you should be fine.

I believe in doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. 
But back on topic, how many over weight people skip breakfast and then get so hungry that they give in to eating cakes/muffins for morning tea?  I have seen it happen so many times.  Or they just pig out on junk for lunch because they are so hungry by then.
