These guys can do whatever they want. All they want to do for this vid is pump up and show you how big they are.

If they were powerlifting, it would be a different workout entirely, wouldn't it?


they didnt get like that by "just swinging weights around" ~ funny. Jose squats like Branch and Platz normally. I doubt many here come close to their leg workouts, and if they did, they don't have the quads to show for all their "work"

I do seated curls with 80lbs dumbs, without swinging them or half reps....or whatever they were doing.

I've seen Ronnie lift back when I lived in Arlington, and that impressed me... :)

Dude Jose competed in the pound for pound strongest BB contest at the O and was a beast. Have you ever seen Steve train with Justin Harris, squating and deadlifting 600 for reps as a fucking teenager. I have seen Jose Shoulder press 315 for good reps and squat 405 for 30 reps all using free weights not no bs smith machine presses or squats. He only weighed about 220 tops.

ummm i hav etrain and actualy myuself done 315 ....when was 190lb 6% for good reps on delts shouler press,, on hammer 6 plates of 45s each side for 10s  when 200lb ,, he shoudl be able to do it 220 5'4 or whatever he is

Some guys do this because the tesion decreases at the top portion. I like to do it with barbells that way, but like full ROM with dumbbells since I like to supinate the wrist at the top.

weight means nothing (kuclo at 280 looks a soft 230)

Put Kevin next to them in this vid and he will make them both look like a child.and weights 50 pounds less lol.

HGH is the bomb! and it is fairly safe to use. I agree with the man no HGH your going to go nowhere. I suggest if you decide to use HGH be at a level where you are prepared to use it for a very long time! HGH is a pure miracle drug. and can be used be lots of athletes not just bodybuilders.

Steve also only looks 230 because he can easily carry 280 and look ok, because he is not a midget likt most of the BB.

 Secondly He looks 230 cause he abuses the fuck out of insulin and his muscle can not hold a candle to levrone's. Never will I see the hype with this guy, and this is coming from someone who likes him better than most on here and has said alot of good things about him. Not that I would mind being that "small" :D, but I just dont see the hype with Steve.

I am not, to be juiced....they seem weak in this particular lift.

They do these fake training videos for the pump and their other fans. This was between a prejudging and night show. I could care less how strong they are.
