If you have time, try to find his old EFS logs from years ago, he laid out some of it years ago. I remember Test and GH being in there. Later, when he was dealing with cancer, I remember one of his advices was to simiply find the lowest dose you could improve on, and just add it it when it stopped working.

i talked to someone that was in the know and they claimed the he used a mirad of things but always 200mg of tren a day when serious. Another funny thing i heard that was gaspari thing to parabolon though an amp a day which i think equaled around 200mg of tren. I would guess thats accurate that if i wanted to get as big and strong as possible at any costs 200mg of tren would be top of the list.
