philsulina is just the king of timing and king of using everything needed in the best way ,, being quiet about it and bringing up a physiqe to look good enough in the time needed!,, this is alot to do with bodybuild too,, he is not superb bodybuild persay as he doesnt have the structure but! he is good in timing...and in being able to get all the hormones together and work something into a show...this is a talent!

the problem is...if you take something out ,, SOMTHING OUT ,, he wont look like the same fella,, im telling you you oput him out of gymnasium for 3 weeks! only 3 weeks and you dont even recognize the fella,, now...is this bodybuild? maybe in 2011 it is ,, but back in 1980s he would be laughed at,,then again you live in 2011 and shoudlo act accordignly if want to make money out of bodybuild,,

i didn't even download for free the lastest pro video, just because old bfto and prime ronnie coleman video are just the best.

i don't care about jay phil branch etc etc.
i'm still reading magazine of 90's when i poo.

the ronnie coleman of the end 90's-early 00' is the best bber of all time.
