Seriously, this guys actually has fun when he is lifting. Much more fun to watch than many of the depressed pro bodybuilding videos. This goes for many of the amateur lifting videos on youtube. ;)

Yeah, say what you want, but powerlifters and strongmen seem like a happier bunch than your average stone faced bodybuilder.

I'm not necessarily talking about powerlifters or strongmen. Just regular lifters at the gym. Guys who love to lift but don't make things so scientific and worry about every small detail. Just go in and work hard 4-5 days a week and have fun with it.
