Dream Tan.

Nah, Dream tan was banned at the Worlds since 2010.

IMO most of them are more shredded/dry at weighin, But i think a lot of them over carb after the weigh in to fill out and they spillover (also I suspect a lot are using insulin, IV Drips etc to fill out as fast as possible) Bear in mind they only have +- 16 hours from weigh in till prejudge to fill out as fast as possible. You should see the plates and plates of food these guys eat after weighin it's insane! The next day and at the finals I'm guessing some of them are 10-20+ pounds heavier/fuller but have compromised on conditioning/dryness.

Yes, you're spot on the only explanation, and the dryness is not done on purpose, they are all cutting to make weight and that's why they are all striated and then fill out,but little do they know they look better striated and dry then full and smooth.
