What do your arms measure? 40 cm or so, yes?
39.5cm as far as i'm able to measure correctly

right arm possibly smaller than left  ???

Out of curiosity, do I have natural-looking shoulders?

Height / weight / time training?

6'3.5". 235 lbs. Off and on since the middle of high school (in college now). Been going really hard since January. Weighed 195-200 at the beginning of the year.

Of course - good muscle bellies so they have some size.
It's a distinct look of the shoulders when juiced... absolute fullness, the size ain't important.

I always kept the general goals in mind that I read in "Brawn" by Stuart McRobert

he said almost everyone with a typical body can reach 3 plate bench 4 plate squat and 5 plate dead

4 plate squat was the first to happen, now the deadlift

and now I hope to do the bench in some months, maybe a year who knows really, i hope sooner than later

5x200kilograms and then I calculated off the top of my head that 1x220kg was highly possible

and i did it

now i can be jay cutlers training partner on deads
5 plates = 220kg - The bar is 20kg also

Do you follow the brawn training protocol? If you are into McRobert's stuff I suggest you take a look at this site: http://www.leangains.com/ as he has spot on training ideas for natural trainers. I've been doing IF now for 2 and a half weeks, and my waist has shrunk down from 78 cm to 76.5 cm over this 2 and a half week period. I measure my waist around the biggest/thickest/widest part (about 2 cm below my navel) in order to get it at it's worst spot (lovehandles and all) lol

Yeah the site has been giving me nightmares, as I really believe that some of those "natural fellas" on it could indeed but natural lol

But I must say that it has also been instrumental with helping me to reach my bodyfat/leanness goals

no i tried reading his book, i understood his basic points but i never figured out what he actually suggested practically

so i'm doing 5x5 strength routines

i remember while locking out the lift in front of the mirror i was looking at myself thinking "looks narrow, going for the heath look" the barbell pulling down your arms so hard makes you look even narrower

He suggested over-training IMO

I correspond with a natural trainer here, and he said that his squats went up after 15 days btw squat sessions, with no other leg training btw those squat sessions. He trains a few other natural fellas and he says that they are making steady size and strength gains from training just once a week, doing just one work/training set on a handful of exercises.

Have you ever tried such infrequent training, and if yes what were your results/experiences from it?

No I have never tried infrequent training, for an entire year i tried training bodyparts once a week like a bodybuilder and i lost lots of strength

now i'm back to 5x5 routine and it works

it's 5x5 squat on monday, light 5x5 squat on wednesday, 1x5 squat on friday

bench press 1x5 on monday, 5x5 military on wednesday, 5x5 bench on friday

stuff like that

I can't imagine gaining strength with infrequent training i just cant

but they say it's possible ???
