He was on the news last night.. The video is 6 yrs.old. He said he knows exactly why she put the video up att this time.. He took the car back from her and now she put it up because she was upset at him.. He also said he did nothing wrong....?  He said "I was just disciplining my child,and it looked alot worse than it really was".

Well, he is a judge, and his child is downloading illegal shit from the net while knowing, that there will be sanctions for that crime. In USA that will be multi million copyright case, if some one sue her. Regarding the risk taken, this penalty what she received is nothing. Wouldn't you be angry, if your child put your life and living in the jeopardy? How many of you guys know what you can download and what not? Here in Finland they have sued single mothers in same reason, and claims has been up to 60000 euros. That is lot of money to spend to learn it.

Supposedly the daughter has cerebral palsy and was 16 when this video happened in '04. She's now 23 and claims the abuse has only gotten worse.

Nothing works like a good old fashioned ass-whipping!  That's what is wrong with kids today...  No discipline at home! No respect for parents or any authority.  If this happened in more American homes kids today wouldn't be so out of control.
