Phil beat Jay who was also beaten by Dex who is structurally better than Phil but who couldn't beat Shawn. By today's standards Shawn would probably beat Phil, as he beat Wheeler and Levrone during his generation. Maybe not the 2011 Phil but any of the other incarnations. I'm assuming Shawn would up his game against Jay. Bad luck he had to deal with Dorian and Ronnie during his prime, but by no means, is Phil, Kai or Jay in the same league as Prime Ronnie and Dorian.
