Shawn Ray in shape, and pre olympia mode was awesome...I'd buy the battle for the Olympia tapes back then, just to listen to him...Great to see him in a gym and getting in shape.

I own every Bfto dvd with Ray in it,as well as almost all of his dvd's.. Fitness over 40 is the only one i don't own.. Great bodybuilder,and him getting in shape is awesome.
