It happened to me brotha.. When I was 19,I was arrested for 2 attempted murders..  I happened to be walking by a store.. 2 detectives grab me,and some man says "no,It's not him".. SO the officers tell me,you can leave,but you can't be here,in front of his store..I said..In front of his store is where you grabbed me..Otherwise,I would have been home by now.. So i leave,get no more than 3 blocks away,and here they come,jumping on the curb... They tell me,he changed his mind now.. So we have to take you in..?  When I get to the precinct,the officer tells me,I don't believe it was you,so I'll talk to the judge.. Bullshit,is what he told the judge..! The 1st offer was 10yrs.! For something I had nothing to do with!  After 25,00 in legal fees I beat the case,but it took 8 months.. I must admit,that was the moment my life changed forever..

Like I said, he was never charged...After a thorough investigation, the claim was found to have no basis...  What part of that do you fellas not understand?...You can keep typing bs as much as you want, it wont make it true...

Men that go to jail for crimes they didn't commit and are exonerated 10-20-30 years later after DNA proves they didn't do it.  How the fuck do you pay some one back for that shit?

The problem with DNA is really simple but most don't get it. Proof of someone's DNA at a crime is solid proof.  So a DNA swab from a woman's vagina can be 100% proof of a rapist's semen.  A swab from a knife can give 100% DNA proof a man held that knife. Same for a drop of blood.

Here's the problem.  The lack of DNA is not proof of innocence.  A man can touch a lot of things and not leave DNA.  If a swab from a vagina doens't touch DNA it isn't proof that he wasn't there.  Same for fingerprints. You can touch a gun or any object and not leave prints but if your prints are on it it's proof positive.

Guilty or innocent....I think Cain is fucked now. People believe where there is smoke there is fire. The only way I see him being redeemed is if his accusers admit to lying. And even then, changing the current public perception would be a long shot.
