I would like to have a black pug as a pet but Jesus the pet shops want to rape you and I can't find a private owner who will sell for cheap...anybody have a cheap website or know someone???

Try your local humane society or animal shelter. Lots of pets need a good home, you may find a pug there.

Please don't patronize a pet store.  They knowingly or unknowingly support puppy mills.

I agree with all the answers above, adopt, never get your dog at a pet shop
