Feeling fat as fuck....

Went to measure le waist just now, was expecting an increase due to somewhat sloppy eating lately....but I'm actually down .5 inch.... bodybuilding is such a headfuck sometimes...

Diet is what makes the body. If you cant do it, then bodybuilding isnt for you!

I just returned from a trip out to San Francisco.....when I got there I was feeling fat.....we walked everywhere and by the end of the trip I was feeling leaner and healthier.....it is amazing how walking makes you feel so much better.
