Doesn't matter. He'll likely get house arrest. He was convicted of the lowest possible offense of involuntary manslaughter and since he's not a danger to the community, I'd doubt that he would be in jail for that long. I can say that he def won't be going to prison

In California, IMS carries 2/3/4. He'll get the mid-term, 3 years. He'll do 18-20 months.

Not even close to what the judge said. He said he is a public danger and had him areested right in the court, they handcuffed him and right now he is is in a jail cell, so you never know with these things. Personally I think it's a joke, I mean drug addicts are persistent they can convince people to give them stuff, happens all the time, and like someone is going to say no to MJ, this is BS
