his biceps look unreal to me. i mean, they're incredible obviously, but they are just SO RIDICULOUSLY BIG. gh15 says he has implants, but i can't wrap my head around this since he has that giant vein running down it.

Every olympians had their own training methods and yet they won. Conclusions, it dosent matter how u train, just train and inject the right combination and amont of gear.

thats what i think always as well, all these pros have their rocket science training methods and in the end they all look the same by that only the genetics make them differ from eachother.

I find it funny how Kai is explaining to him the difference between being a weightlifter and being a bodybuilder, and how he is nodding his head in some state of enlightenment lol. My friend who never lifted a weight a day in his life knows the difference between a weightlifter and a bodybuilder lol
