The guy has looked like that since he was 21, at that aged was very impressive and could have been at the top by now, but whatever has happened since is irrelevent now looks like any big guy in the audiance of a bodybuilding show :(

yeah and i have been in shape every year of my life except for a few months i mean who can say that. and im happy and healthy ! wont hear the last of me. thanks

Derrick looks pretty good.The arms look a little animated.He looks like he aged a bit.Isnt he arond 28-29? He looks a little bit older like mid 30's.
I think it might be all the tats.He went a little over board with all the tats.Total over kill, but its his body.I think he should waiting a little longer before putting all that ink on his body.The problem with putting so much ink on your body at such a young is your lifestyle,your thinking and what you really want out of life changes.So what you lied at 24 isnt the same thing you like at 35-40.So hopefully he isnt going to regret putting some of those tats on his body.
I know alot of young kids who got holes in there ears the size of silver dollars, that totally regret doing this after only 2 years of getting them.
I am glad I never got any tats, because everything I would have gotten I would have wanted removed.
