Micky Rourke is the fucken man. Top 3 favorite actors of all time. That new movie Immortals looks pretty awesome. Didn't Micky mess up his face during his days as a boxer? He tried to fix it up with plastic surgery made it look worse. I kind of feel bad for him being so handsome at one point and then having your face get all messed up. He always looks to be in pretty decent shape though.

His face got caved in when he was boxing, I forgot who it was but someone made an example of him. He had to get his cheekbones/ orbitals rebuilt and that's why his face is fucked. I don't think he got into the hormones until later, in that clip posted he's pretty small.

He looks like he's done something to his lips now.    He has that trout pout thing happening.  Seriously, can't men leave their faces alone.  It's not hetro to have so much plastic surgery that you look like a wax figure.  I remember when I was having lunch at a cafe in Beverly Hills back in 2007 and it was like reading one of those gossip mags with all the terrible plastic surgery.  Let's just say it looks way worse in real life than in actual pics.  I ate at this place for like 3 days in a row because I loved the food (Italian is my fav) and I got to see alot of bad surgery.  I saw three women having lunch and they must have had the same surgeon because they had the same nose, eyes etc....they looked like they had gone to Michael Jacksons plastic surgeon.

If you watch his films in order of release, you will see he kept adding and adding more plastic surgery.  I do not believe boxing injuries were the cause.  I think he just went too far and it all went bad as it does for so many sad plastic surgery victims.

It's because most pro boxers have a replica of their face made before they join the big league.
Rourke was an idiot and went raw... he's often seen wearing glasses - custom made to hold upper and lower face parts together.
