Back from Vacation.......

Got back from vacation a few days ago, I must say that South Beach is absolutely sick for Halloween, way better then Vegas! Bodybuilding related, I met Hidetada Yamagishi at the airport, had a chance to talk with him for a few minutes while we waited for our luggage, very cool guy! Anyway, a few pics showing how much carbs/water/blood (pump) can affect a physique....flame away!
Pic 1- 1st day    Pic 2- last day   Pic 3- back home 4th day with pump

Haha..yeah, actually I got a bunch of pms, with advice the help me cut up a bit and shed the water, it worked for the first few days, I was pretty lean when I arrived, veins in abs and everything, but by the last day....abs barely visible, but I had a blast ate a ton of great food, and drank way too much booze!

True, but that was when I was bartending in Chicago, working 35-40 hours a week, I was able to train hard, and cook all my meals, my new gig in Hawaii, I work 70-75 hours a week, so I just get in the gym when I can, but I definitely got my motivation back, i will compete my next vacation period..mark my words!
