Gh15 is a bullshit artist who got lucky by capturing the attention of half a dozen or so idiots. The rest of the board has always kniwn he's full of shit. Now he's just delusional if he thinks he's convincing anyone.

I don't feel sorry for him.  He's too relaxed and doesn't take care of things.  Should have got his citizenship when he had the opportunity, before his drug charges.  He should have thought about things, not been so lazy.

Perhaps he wasn't interested in becoming a U.S. citizen.

The only bodybuilder who could have helped Victor is Arnold. He has connections. Unless gh15 is Arnold then he is bullshitting.

He was gambling on Victor getting released. Had he been freed gh15 could have claimed he was successful. If he failed then it was others who are to blame.

Here are my theories:

If GH15 really does have ties to Homeland security, he is most likely a foreigner himself and may be part of a sting/narc for Drug trafficing and what better way than to point out bodybuilders.....

I also love how some of his posts in this thread start off perfect then go into illiterate language mode......

Possibly, but if he wanted to be able to live and work in the USA and had no intentions "ever" of moving back to his former country then it would have been a smart thing to do.

Possibly, but if he wanted to be able to live and work in the USA and had no intentions "ever" of moving back to his former country then it would have been a smart thing to do.

The guy is a permanent resident alien. He can live in the USA for the rest of his life and take advantage of all the benefits that come with living here just with that green card.  He can get any job in the USA (except for federal jobs), can collect retirement benefits, can own land and can even petition to bring some of his Dominican homeboysthugs from their island.

The only (2) advantages to being a citizen is having the ability to vote and the fact that you won't get deported if you commit a heinous crime.  Some might even appreciate getting deported to their original country versus living out the rest of their lives here in a prison.  If Victor is sent to his country, he won't spend a day in jail and will have a clean record.

Victor should have never messed around with narcotics, plain and simple.

Sorry but 9 pages is too much to read....

But since bail has been denied It seems theyre building a federal case against Victor he would be sentenced next year and possibly deported.

Im sad to hear the news but there's more to it as why he's not a free man.

I told Victor many years ago, while at his gym, that so as long as he stuck to Gay-4-Pay, he would have been able to make up the necessary funds to keep things in line.

All he had to do was dance in the nude for a few discrete gentlemen once a week or so, but sometimes the pride and macho-persona gets in the way and makes these guys want to resort to illegal activities.

The government has no issue with IFBB pros doing GAY-4-PAY.  You also don't get taxed when you perform for the crowds.

Other pros should consider this before it's too late..

I thought his greencard had expired?  Which means that he has to reapply.  If he was a citizen, then he wouldn't have to reapply for his greencard and he wouldn't be deported.  That was why I said that he should have become a citizen.  If he truely wants to remain living in the USA, I don't see why he wouldn't want to become a citizen.  It just cuts out the headaches, that's all.

While I'm not perfectly sure as to how it all works, I do know that there is a difference between temporary residents and permanent residents.

For instance, a permanent resident has a green card that can expire (for purposes regarding the need to change the photo), but their actual status as a permanent resident does not expire.

In other words, they can remain in the country legally forever, but if they do want to travel and that card is expired, they can run into issues, because it is their most legal form of identification and while the photo can clearly be of Victor, I can see them making a big fuss over nothing or finding out after further verification that he indeed has a few pending criminal trials on his docket.

Victor should have just stayed away from those damn narcotics..
