I shadowbox at the gym between 10lbs preacher curl sets. Occasionally I throw in a failed roundhouse kick. Does that qualify?

Oh, I forgot, I post on Getbig about my speciality - grappling, I have a technique I created myself called the chicken choke, it is best to use your dominant hand, and sieze your opponent by his base, and furiously grip and then rip hard and fast until your opponent submits.
