Funny you should ask. I was bored tonight and created some Dorian GIFs from the 1996 German Grand Prix. He didn't do a front double bicep (for obvious reasons), but the BDB and the RLS can be compared to Phil's.

It only seem to be so, because Phil is in better condition, he is dryer. Coleman has no cuts, he is kind of soft in these pictures. When you compare Phil in his all time best condition to Colemans semi-good condition, you are just fooling yourself.
