My new co worker - female - this is how the discussion went and I swear this is true...
She: So... I hear you like to workout
Me: Yeah its a good way to stay in shape
She: Yeah, I have joined the gym yesterday ... personal trainer.... yapapapap etc.etc.
Me: Great!!
She: Yes, I don't want to get big just tone up
- (wait it gets better).
She: He "evaluated" my body and said my arms are too strong
(Inside I am fucking dying right now but I keep smiling)
Me: Really?
She: Yes, so I will not do much for my arms (laughs)
Next day...
She (on the breakfast table) make kinda arm movements like she is in pain
Me: Are you alright?
She: Yeah had my first session with my personal trainer yesterday and now my arm hurts.
Me: Oh.. what were you doing?
She: (Doesn't know the excersise by name of course) We did this one....
Me: Hammercurls
She: Yeah...than we did this one...
Me: Tricep extensions
She: Yeah... and last we did this one
Me: oh gee concentration curls?
So the trainer said her arms are too big but the first day they hit arms??!?!?!?!?!?!?
My face when I walked off the table...
