A baby looks at an apple...sniffs, tastes it, eats. A baby looks at a cow, sniffs it and crawls the fuck outta' there, doesn't even get to taste test.
Most vegetarians share similar struggles as meat eaters.....why?
Take a loose quote of Joe Rogan from one of his podcasts...." I tried vegetarinism...for about a year, but, I felt weak....always felt kinda weak. Ya' need to get some meat in ya' son!"
I don't know what his diet was for that year, but based on other vegetarians diets.....it was probably a lot of greens, nuts, avacados, olive oil, faux meat burgers or something like that. So why the weakness or..." yeah, I was better, but it just didn't work for me...."
Wheres the calories?

?? Most of the calories they eat are from fat.....a head of lettuce is 60 - 70 calories, who can eat 30 heads ( or twice for getbiggers....) of lettuce in one day......ha ha ha ha, retarded. So when people switch to a veggie diet, they get rid of the shit meat and drastically reduce calories so at first they feel better, and drop weight. But after a bit, the emotional high of being on a diet dissolves and you start to feel hungry........so they add the fat, body no likey........ = diet burnout and feeling like shit again, so might as well add the meat back in cause thats what evoulution or god or blah blah blah intended.
What is missing from this picture? What else could they of tried? Where can they get all the healthy carb/calories they want or need plus the veggies?
