WTF is up with this rule  ???

I get all excited to post about something after signing in and the fuckin thing won't let me post cuz I signed in 32 sec ago  >:(

You need to get rid of this 32 second rule.  But what's worst is that you wait thirty two seconds and click submit again and you get the second error, but the message was never posted because of the first error.

With the new server this shouldn't be an issue anymore
