This guy has lean genes for sure, but I totally think it's doable to get down to his level of bodyfat naturally... It comes down to meal timing and quality of nutrients. But because I'm a personal trainer I won't give you more info than that.

No no no...Start starve. Don't eat and use lot of diuretics, and you will be there in few months. This guy has nothing what comes to muscles. Just about every one look like that with 1% body fat.
