He's amazing. High biceps peaks, horseshoe triceps and extremly broad shoulders. He looks 20 years younger than his true age due to a lifetime of training. Another 2 months training and he could win any master's contest he chose to enter.

Vince looks great for his age. He loves to eat also, so he's big boned... I doubt that he'll diet because being healthy and living is more appealing than being lean and old.
