Ok, Vince Basile catches a lot of shit but we need to bow down, eat some humble pie and give this behemoth of muscle some collective respect.

Less dan two months ago he started training just arms at 69 years of age. His arms have gone from 16 inches to 18 inches. That is fucking impressive whatever you say about this senior master of muscledom. Don't believe him? Proof is in the pic.

Give respect where it's due..

problem is that you had to have muscle to begin with, and this old guy doesnt look like hes ever had any.

The second picture is taken at a closer distance. Not actual difference in arm size at all. This thread fails.
