You are correct, and I feel after this match vs JMM instead of risking a fourth match he (Arum) will go ahead and feed manny to the wolf (Floyd) cash in, watch floyd completely annihilate manny and call it a day. Manny retires after the beat down...end of story.
Fact is manny simply cannot fight well vs counter pressure guys. He looks confused in there. JMM is one of the best ever...floyd is the ultimate...so do the match.
All I see is Mayweather trying to pocket $50M after taxes which is unheard of, but he'd have screw Arum in the process for that. It's been bad blood since he left Arum and Top Rank.
Second, I think Arum takes Part IV against JMM. He won't knock Manny out, and Manny is more active, so they can doctor the score cards again. Manny clearly lost Part III, no getting around it.
People are talking about Mayweather going backwards. Based on his last fights, he has been moving forward in spots. If he steps forward and Manny can't connect because of his defense, it will be 9-10 rounds in Mayweather's favor. It's just a bad fight, matchup they are selling to the pubilc.
They say Mayweather vs Amir in May. He'll hand Amir his ass.
I'd say take Martinez at 150lbs if he can make weight, given they say he has had problems, as of recent, making 160lbs.
